4. Eligibility
You must have full legal capacity to use the platform and enter into transactions through it under applicable laws in your country of residence and in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
If you are a minor under applicable law, you must use the platform under the supervision and approval of your parent or legal guardian, who bears responsibility for all activities carried out through the account.
The platform may refuse registration, restrict access, or terminate an account if it appears that the user does not meet eligibility requirements or has provided misleading information regarding age or status.
5. Account Responsibility
When creating an account on BitCourses, you agree to:
Provide information that is accurate, current, and as complete as possible, and update it when it changes.
Keep your password, login credentials, and associated verification methods confidential.
Remain fully responsible for all activities carried out through your account, whether authorized by you or not.

The platform may require additional verification, temporarily suspend an account, or request supporting documents where there are reasonable grounds to suspect misuse or inaccurate information.
6. OAuth Sign-in and Profile Completion
The platform may allow account creation or sign-in through OAuth providers, such as Google, as made available from time to time.
When you use OAuth sign-in for the first time or create a new account through such a method, the platform may require completion of mandatory profile fields before enabling some or all platform features, which may include but are not limited to:
Username.
Phone number.
First name and last name.
Learner Type for new users registering through OAuth.
Any additional fields declared mandatory by the platform.
You acknowledge that failure to complete required fields may prevent access to certain services, completion of purchases, or participation in rewards and referral programs.
Mntad Software Solutions Establishment is not responsible for outages of external OAuth services or changes to external provider policies.
7. Devices, Sessions, and Account Sharing
A BitCourses account is for the personal use of the user who created it or purchased through it.
You may not share your account with others, resell access to content, enable multiple people to use one account in violation of platform policy, or repeatedly use one account to serve multiple people simultaneously.
Subject to our security and operational settings, the platform may:
Limit the number of active devices or sessions per account (for example: two active devices).
Block simultaneous viewing or use from more than one device at the same time.
End certain sessions or require user re-verification.
Suspend, restrict, or terminate an account if repeated sharing or clear misuse is detected.
Paid access to courses or subscriptions is for the original purchaser only. A single purchase does not constitute a license for multi-person use unless the platform expressly allows it.
8. Nature of Services
BitCourses provides online digital educational services that may include, depending on what is offered from time to time:
Recorded courses and interactive learning content.
Workshops and live sessions.
Learning paths and educational markets.
Learning files, attachments, and assessments.
Progress and tracking systems.
Student verification features.
Referral programs and Bits rewards.
Community tools such as Q&A, chat, and comments.
We may modify, develop, discontinue services, features, or courses, or change how they are delivered at any time, while observing rights tied to existing purchases under the published Refund Policy.
9. Pricing, Payment, and Taxes
Course and service prices are displayed in the currency specified on the checkout or payment page.
Fees and taxes, if any, apply as shown to the user on the payment page, invoice, or receipt.
The user agrees to pay all amounts due for services or products purchased through the platform.
Enrollment in any course, service, or subscription is not complete until payment succeeds or subscription is confirmed under the platform's applicable system.
Where discounts, coupons, or redeemable Bits exist, they are applied according to their specific terms, and the platform may reject or cancel any unlawful, fraudulent, or policy-violating use, including improper offer stacking.
10. Course Transfer and Promotional Offers
Access to a paid course, subscription, or service may not be transferred from one user to another, exchanged for another course, or moved between accounts unless the platform expressly permits this in writing or through a dedicated announced feature.
Promotional offers, discounts, coupons, and free or reduced benefits are subject to the terms announced for each offer.
More than one offer, discount, or coupon may not be combined in a single transaction unless the platform expressly states otherwise.
The platform may modify, discontinue, or replace any promotional offer or discount program at any time without prior notice, unless the offer was already used or the related transaction was completed before the change.
11. Invoices and Proof of Purchase
The platform may issue an electronic invoice, receipt, or proof of purchase after payment completion, as required by applicable regulations in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and Mntad Software Solutions Establishment's internal policies.
The user is responsible for providing accurate information needed for invoicing or financial notices when requested.
Invoices or proof-of-purchase documents may be sent to the email associated with the account or made available within the user dashboard, as enabled by the platform.
12. Digital Content License
When you purchase a course, subscription, or access to digital content, Mntad Software Solutions Establishment grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use that content for personal educational purposes only.
Without our prior written consent, you may not:
Resell, rent, or distribute content.
Publish it on other websites or platforms.
Copy, download, record, screenshot, or extract it through unauthorized methods.
Share it with others or enable third-party access.
Use it for commercial, training, or teaching purposes for another party.
All intellectual property rights in the content, platform, trademarks, names, and learning materials remain owned by Mntad Software Solutions Establishment, instructors, or licensed rights holders.
13. Live Workshops and Sessions
Some services may include live workshops or online sessions.
The platform or instructor may:
Adjust session timing when necessary.
Reschedule sessions.
Provide or not provide recordings according to what is announced for each service.
Set participation rules for audio, camera, chat, or attendance.
Deny entry to or remove any participant who violates conduct rules.
Users must follow proper conduct and refrain from abuse toward instructors, participants, or BitCourses during live sessions, and must not disrupt sessions or violate these Terms.
14. Community Conduct and User Content
The platform may provide interactive tools such as Q&A, chat, comments, and similar features ("User Content").
When you post or submit content through the platform, you agree that:
Content must be lawful, respectful, and relevant to the educational context.
You will not post or send religious, political, offensive, inciting, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate content, or content that violates public order or third-party rights.
Your personal views do not represent Mntad Software Solutions Establishment or BitCourses.
The platform may, at its reasonable discretion, review, hide, delete, or restrict any user content that violates these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or applicable law.
The platform may take administrative or legal action, including account suspension or reporting to authorities, in cases of serious abuse, threats, fraud, or rights violations.
15. Prohibited Conduct
Users are prohibited from:
Using the platform in violation of law or public order.
Attempting hacking or unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, or platform servers.
Introducing malware, conducting DDoS attacks, or otherwise attempting to disrupt the platform or tamper with its technical integrity.
Fraud, impersonation, or submission of false data or documents.
Account sharing, selling access to content, or content piracy.
Copying, recording, or extracting content through unauthorized means.
Exploiting platform errors, Bits, referral, or pricing systems.
Any attempt to circumvent device, session, or verification limits.
16. Bits and Rewards System
The platform may include an internal rewards system called Bits.
It may be used for purposes such as:
Promotional rewards.
Referral rewards.
Discounts or platform benefits.
Cash-out when enabled under platform rules.
Future benefits defined by the platform.
Bits are subject to the following:
Bits are not legal tender or a standalone guaranteed monetary right.
They may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged between users unless expressly enabled by the platform.
The platform may modify value, accrual rules, redemption rules, validity, or discontinue Bits in the future.
Some rewards may be recorded as Pending and become Available after conditions are met, a waiting period ends, payment succeeds, or the refund window expires.
17. Bits Cash-out
The platform may allow users to request a cash-out of Available Bits, subject to the minimum amount, conversion rate, payout method (such as CliQ), and rules shown in the Rewards Center.
When a cash-out request is submitted:
The related Bits are held until the transfer is completed or the request is rejected.
Processing may take up to the timeframe announced on the platform (for example 48 hours), or longer when review is required.
The platform may reject a request or ask for additional information in case of suspicion or unmet conditions.
The user acknowledges that:
The user alone is responsible for the accuracy of payout destination details submitted (such as full name, CliQ alias, phone number, or any other destination information).
If the user provides incorrect, incomplete, or third-party details and funds are sent based on those details, Mntad Software Solutions Establishment is not responsible for recovering that amount or correcting the transfer.
The platform is not obliged to restore Bits or re-send funds after a transfer executed according to the details provided by the user.
The user must verify their details before submitting. Any dispute with an external payout provider remains outside the platform's responsibility to the fullest extent permitted by law.
18. Referral System
The platform may offer two or more referral types, such as:
Platform sign-up referral.
Course-specific or service-specific referral.
All referrals are subject to:
No referral is counted if fake, fraudulent, self-generated, or tied to related accounts in violation of policy.
The platform may suspend or cancel rewards upon abuse detection.
Certain rewards may remain Pending until conditions are met, such as verification, successful payment, or end of the refund window.
The platform may change referral rules, rates, rewards, and conditions at any time.
19. Student Verification
The platform may provide a student-verification feature for certain users by allowing upload of university IDs, documents, or supporting details.
The user confirms that:
All submitted verification data and documents are accurate and belong to the user.
The platform may approve or reject verification based on internal criteria.
Submitting a request or documents does not create any obligation on the platform to approve.
Misuse of verification or submission of misleading information may lead to account suspension, cancellation, or withdrawal of verification-related benefits.
20. Suspension, Restriction, or Termination
Mntad Software Solutions Establishment may, at its reasonable discretion, suspend, restrict, or terminate an account, in whole or in part, if:

Unauthorized account sharing is detected.
Fraudulent use or repeated abuse is found.

Account continuation poses risk to the platform, users, or financial or technical rights.

Terminating active sessions.
Disabling content access.
Freezing Bits, rewards, or referrals.
Temporary or permanent bans.
Suspension or termination does not create any obligation on the platform to refund amounts or restore access unless the Refund Policy provides otherwise.
21. Instructor and Third-Party Content Disclaimer
Some educational content on BitCourses may be provided by instructors or third parties.
The user acknowledges that:
The instructor or content provider is responsible for their content within the limits of applicable law.
Mntad Software Solutions Establishment provides the platform as a technical and educational intermediary and does not guarantee any specific academic, professional, or financial outcomes from using any course or workshop.
Instructor or user opinions in educational communities are not binding professional advice or official representations of the Operator.
Content may include links or external materials, and Mntad Software Solutions Establishment is not responsible for the content or practices of external websites or services.
22. Security Monitoring and Audit
To protect the platform and users and prevent fraud and abuse, Mntad Software Solutions Establishment may review and analyze account, device, session, and activity data related to your use of the platform, in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Such review may include:
Login records and active sessions.
Device, browser, or IP address data.
Viewing, purchase, referral, or Bits usage patterns.
Any indicators of unauthorized account sharing or suspicious activity.
This data is used for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and enforcement of these Terms, and may result in account suspension, additional verification requests, or reporting to authorities where appropriate.
23. Disclaimer of Warranties
We strive to operate BitCourses and provide high-quality content and services, but we do not guarantee that:
The platform will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
All courses or sessions will meet every user's individual expectations.
Services will remain continuously available without interruption due to maintenance, outages, or events beyond our control.
Any specific educational or professional results will be achieved from using the content.
The platform, services, and content are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
24. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mntad Software Solutions Establishment is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, or for loss of profits, data, or opportunities, or for any harm arising from:
Use of or inability to use the platform.
Any content or conduct of an instructor or another user.
Any service interruption or delay.
Any error in cash-out or payout details provided by the user.
In all cases, our maximum liability to the user for any direct claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user to us for the disputed service during the 12 months preceding the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
25. Changes to Terms
Mntad Software Solutions Establishment may revise these Terms from time to time.
The revised version becomes effective from its publication date on https://bitcourses.net or from any specified effective date.
Users are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically.
Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account as enabled by the platform.
26. Governing Law, Language, and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
If there is any conflict or difference in meaning between the Arabic and English versions of these Terms, the Arabic version shall prevail.
The courts of Amman in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
The parties may, by mutual agreement, resolve any dispute through arbitration under Jordanian Arbitration Law, with the seat of arbitration in Amman unless otherwise agreed.
